Torence Hatch aka Lil Boosie has been set a release date. According to the State of Louisiana Department of Corrections his earliest release date is August 18, 2014!!!!!  I know he is happy to hear that.  They didn't have a date before. So now he has something to look forward too!!!

Boosie has been in jail since November 2009 from a possession charge/probation violation then they came with some murder charges which he was later acquitted in May 2012. 

Send Boosie a Christmas card! Lift his spirits for the holidays.

My Review of the Beyonce CD/Videos

Now let me say my disclaimer first – I’m not a Beyonce Stan! This is a true and honest review of the CD/Videos. I’m not a paid reviewer. I’m just a little (we’ll pretend I’m little) ole celebrity opinion blogger who picked up the CD/Videos and decided to review it for my site.

I decided to review the CD because of the BOSS ass way she dropped it; no promotion, no warning, just BOOM BITCHES!!! DROPS THE MIC AND WALKS OFF STAGE with that How you like me now attitude!   Then there’s the clip I watched on iTunes of Bey talking about why she did this CD with a video for every song,  and I honestly felt and understood where she was coming from. I feel the same way about writing.  I can see a situation and think of a whole scenario/chapter in my head. The characters just start talking.  So I was like this chick is serious about her craft and she should be cuz she's good at it. I don’t think this CD is commercial at all.  It is her straight from her heart. 

I mean she bamboozled the hell outta me. I am not a Beyonce STAN but she came in and pulled my drowse to the side and said take this and like it!!!  I feel like I looked in her eyes and she just sucked me in. I was like damn what did this heffa do to me!!! I’m not even a stan what the fuck is really going on. So on to the review. I hope you read the whole post and leave comments.

Track 1 – Pretty Hurts Directed by Melina Matsoukas starring Harvey Keitel

·         Something about this song spoke to my lil ole soul. You see the young ladies getting ready for a beauty pageant and what they do to feel pretty to make others think they are pretty. You see scenes of young ladies eating cotton balls, binge and purge, fighting with other contestants.  The song is great the VIDEO is powerful.

Track 2 – Ghost Directed by Pierre Debusschere

·         This was short lil song and it reminded me of Kanye’s Runaway. Not in sound but feel of the     video.

Track 3 -  Haunted Directed by Jonas Akerlund

·         So remember all the Illuminati talk? So yeah that’s all I have to say about this video. I do like the song. I wont be surprised if this beat is on someone’s commercial real soon!

Track 4 – Drunk In Love Directed by Hype Williams  starring Jay Z

·         Bey’s and Jay on the beach. She gyrating around. (I bet that sand was hell to get out her ass but I bet Jay didn’t mind getting it out) She get a little gangsta in it with the Tude and facial expressions.  The song is ok. I did like seeing another side of her; free and loose. She threw in a few belly dancing hand movements too lol

Track 5 – Blow Directed by Hype Williams starring Solange and Ingrid Burley

·         I loved this video and the song. It will be one of my repeaters. One of the songs I play in the morning to get that “pep” in my step.  This will be a club banger TRUST ME. It will make it to radio with a little editing for the “turn this cherry out” lyrics.

Track 6 – No Angel directed by @lilinternet starring what I will call the Houston Allstars – Kirko Bangz, BunB, Chad Jr, Willie D, Lil Keke, Scarface, Slim Thug, Trae tha Truth, Paul Wall, and Z-Bo

·         I honestly think this was a salute to what I call the Houston Allstars or all the artists from Houston. It looks like it was filmed right in the hood of Houston. Bey even goes to the club – da strip club that is. It’s not raunchy though. It shows a snippet of pole action and I mean a small snippet at that. 

Track 7 – Yonce directed by Ricky Saiz starring Jourdan Dunn, Chanel Iman, Joan Smalls

·         This is Sasha Fierce not Beyonce!!! 

Track 8 – Partition directed by Jake Nava starring JayZ and The Crazy Horse Dancers

·         So you know that fantasy that every girl has of being that seductive sexy stripper. Yeah this is the video to that fantasy.

Track 9 – Jealous – directed by Beyonce, Francesco Carrozin, and Todd Tourso

·         The way it starts out you would think its about Jay staying out all night and her wanting to do the same thing but in my eyes she’s saying she’s jealous of us everyday people who can live their life without the scrutiny of every single thing being criticized or inspected under a microscope. Now yall might watch the video and see something different but what I wrote is what I interpret it to be.

Track 10 – Rocket directed by Beyonce, Ed Burke and Bill Kirsten

·         This is a sexy lil number about sex. Its full of visual innuendoes. I don’t care much for the video but  the song is a catchy lil tune. 

Track 11 – Mine directed by Pierre Debusschere starring Drake

·         Now this song disappointed me.  I was expecting a lot more from it seeing as Drake is on it and that practically garauntees that it’s a double hit. But sadly not so.

Track 12 – XO directed by Terry Richardson starring Jourdan Dunn and Jessica White

·         Remember how popular Katy Perry’s  Fireworks was. Well this song will be that popular or more. It will be the background music for any commercial showing FUN whether it be casino, Vegas, or any camera company. It has that  look and feel to it.  I liked the video and the song.

Track 13 – Flawless direct Jake Nava

·         Remember when she told you bitches to BOW DOWN and yall was like fuck Beyonce who is she to tell us to bow down.  In this video she tells you exactly why yall asses need to bow down.  Let me say it for her she’s rich, pretty, married to one of the richest man in the gang besides the fact she just aint his lil wife she came with enough to the table to eat alone and never hungry.  She aint new to this game she grew up in the game and worked her ass off to get where she at. And lets see another Queen drop a CD like she did.

Track 14 Super Power directed by Jonas Akerlund starring Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, Pharrell, and Luke James

·         This is Sasha Fierce at the ThunderDome. Bey is letting yall know that nothing will break up the bond her Kelly and Michelle have so stop with the utter bullshit and pettiness saying they fighting and not friends. They will be FAMILY and LOYAL forever.  Somethig some of you heffas no absolutely nothing about.

Track 15 Heaven directed by Beyonce, Todd Tourso starring Ashley Everett

·         This is an ode to the baby she lost.; kinda sad but I guess she needed to get it out and off her spirit.

Track 16 Blue directed Beyonce, Ed Burke and Bill Kirsten

·         This one is an ode to Blue Ivy. And I better not read not one ignorant ass comment about this baby hair not being combed or that she’s ugly, I will put rucks on your ass through the computer.  Keep your ignorance to yourself. That baby is two and she don’t need her damn hair combed and she got more money sitting in her trust fund than most of us will make in 10 life times.  (I will now step down from my soapbox. My blog my thoughts and opinions! Remember that and don’t gets besides yourselves in the comments)

·         The final track is letting yall know she grown and not to be fucked with and quit with the shenangins! This is a cute video full of home footage of Bey, Kelly and a baby Solange.

I do have to give kudos to the Sisters/Aunts though. They came in like gangbusters! They wasn't let SHIT go down. You gotta love it. That's called Family and Loyalty!!! Some of yall don't know what that's like cuz you beef harder with your own family than you do the outsiders who treat you like shit.

Love and Hip Hop - New York subtitle She Should Have Pissed on His Shit Too

So last night I watched  Love and Hip Hop New York. For those who don't watch don't judge me. I'm addicted to reality television as trashy as it is  I still Love IT.  Nonetheless watching Tara go through that shit with Peter Gunz was truly heart breaking. I really felt  where Tara was coming from and I honestly thought she was really really tame considering the shit he did!

Everybody was calling Peter Gunz "Stevie J 2.0" but I think he's beat Stevie J. How the FUCK do you marry the side bitch and still live at home with the baby momma!   Who does that? I don't think Stevie would have been able to pull that off. Joseline would have beat the breaks off his ass. That big Puerto Rican thang don't be playing when it comes to her heart being hurt. She's whooping some ASS and that heffa is quick with them hands!!!!!

Now, if that was me his shit would have been roasting in that New York heat smelling like HOT PISS! Yes I said it and would have done it and have done it (you better ask my ex husband). I would have pissed on his shit! He would have walked up to the aroma of HOT TARA PISS all over everything.Then I would have found an old cat litter pan and poured that over it too! He would definitely know NOT to do that one again! 

Dont' Get "Pebbled"

 So I watched the TLC Biopic on VH1 and I loved it. Whether they were telling the truth or it was a "fictionalized portrayal" I don't really give a hot rat's ass. 


I believed the young ladies of TLC were "pebbled" in their contracts but not because of Pebbles Reid herself but from the history of the industry itself.  I'm a HUGE MUSIC LOVER. Point. Blank. Period. There's no genre I don't love. I listen to them all.  

So in saying that if something comes on the Boob Tube about an artist I love I am glued to the TV. There was a special on about New Edition and they were talking about all the touring they did and album selling and still living in the projects.  

Another example would be New Kids on the Block (pre-NSync).  I'm showing my age with this one, but nonetheless they were basically done the same way.

So now to connect the dots on why the title of the post.  I read several blog sites daily Monday through Friday, faithfully.  So as I was making my rounds today I come across a post on gumbumper.com about Pebbles an this "Hidden" son, Tian McKissack. You can read the article Here.  Or you can the article on the The Grid10.  

Now I ask you if a woman has a child that she's hidden from the public and barely claims as her own what makes you think she will do 3 young woman any better? My answer is she wouldn't.  I've had a long belief about women who have children and mistreat them.  If you can carry a child 10 months (yes it's 10 damn month trust me I have 4 children that I birthed) and will act like you don't know them and have nothing to do with them then what kind of mother, woman, person, are you?

Not to say everybody got to be the ratchet Mother / Grandmother that I am. Cuz that's not necessary and everybody aint about that life. But damn where's the love for someone who knows your heartbeat, that you carried and delivered. 

So Ms Perri McKissack Smith Reid Nixon Sharrieff or Ashley Winzor Smith Reid what you got to say now?

But for now I say "dont get pebbled."

A Woman You Should Know

I have a page on my blog site titled "Women You Should Know"  kind of my take on BET's Black Girls Rock. I am currently doing my research on phenomenal women that you as a viewers should know. These women embody strength, perseverance, incredible character and most will probably be women of color but I will throw some snow in the mix. 

My first woman will be Aja Brown, the newly elected mayor of Compton. She is the youngest individual to hold that office as well as being the first female mayor of Compton in over 20 years.

I am also going to do Meghan McCain. She's the daughter of Senator John McCain and I know you're probably wondering why I picked her. I saw her on an episode of the Wendy Williams and she is so intelligent and well spoken.

BasketBall Wives - Season Finale

I don't really have too much to say about the show it was kind of corny, cornball, something but epic. Except for the part of Suzie Ketchum getting that ass beat by Kenya Bell. Lawd I would pay to see that shit! But the scratches on Suzie's face let me know she got her ass beat if Tami not saying it didn't say enough.  Boy she just put it on out there "I'm going to say Suzie got her ass beat!" Man I hollered!!! SMH Whoever told Suzie that fighting Kenya's crazy ass was a good idea told her wrong and if I was Suzie somebody would have to pay. I want to know when this heifer grew some damn balls? She need to pack them muggs up, tuck her tail and keep on  keeping on. That shit is a hot mess. 

Tasha Marbury and the stalker scene - That was a HOT DAMN MESS!!! Tasha to prim and proper for me. Don't get me wrong I loves me some Tasha (in my best Tami Roman voice) but Ms Monet would have got the shit slapped out of her ass. I hate the way they edit shit too. I know there was a whooooooole lot more to that scene than the little bit we saw! (side eying the editors and producers)
And Tami could have offered that heifer some weave cuz that shit nest on top of her head was a HOT and a MESS. Yall, as in VH1,  was wrong for that shit. I guess that part wasn't scripted cuz I know VH1 could have dressed her better and done her hair.  Monet your TV appearance was foul and not cuz of the shit you was pulling, well that shit was foul too but your hair, makeup and dress was a mess! My two year can do better and she can't even pull up her drawse good! SMH

Crazy Sexy Cool - THE TLC Biopic

If you did not watch this movie last night you missed some damn good TV!!!

I loved every bit of this movie.  Of course I cried at the end and that song was dope. I hope it's on Itunes. I need that in my song in my life. I was a little on the fence about Lil Mama. I can't say I really care for her but she nailed the part of Left Eye. I think she could be an honorary TLC member and be a half way decent substitute for Left Eye with Tionne and Rozonda.  And I say substitute and not replacement because I don't think Lisa Lopez could ever be replaced especially not in the heart of her sisters. But anyhoo, Keke Palmer as Chilli was a little off cuz I just keep seeing KeKe but she played her part well. I've loved Drew Sidora since she was on The Game playing Pooch Hall's piece of strange and that girl is the bomb too. And baby boy Evan Ross, what can I say. Don't underestimate him cuz he's Diana Ross's son!!! That boy can do the damn thing!

Overall it was a great movie.  I wanted to jump through the TV a couple times on how they were being done but it is what it is. I want to say the same thing happened with New Edition in the beginning. You live and you learn.

The message through the whole movie was beautiful and inspiring.

EJ's snags a Reality Show

So EJ Magic Johnson's son has snagged himself a reality show from what I'm reading all over the Entertainment Blogosphere! Now I can almost guarantee this to be a HOT DAMN MESS plus some Shit!  I could have swore Magic was on Arsenio's show and said he was persuading him to do otherwise. I guess it's just not my kids that don't listen to good reason.  SMH

Apparently him and his spoiled as filthy rich friends will be all over Hollywood being extra themselves with a camera crew behind as if the paparazzi's aint enough. With the way editing is done we will not see an intelligent conversations or wise use of their parents hard earned money.

I know I'm tired of reality shows. I am soooooooo  tired of reality shows. I do have my guilty pleasures but DAMN they making every into a reality show.

Where's the creativity Hollywood? Where's the crime dramas, murderous plots, dramedy's?

Everything cannot be a reality show. 

Please Kancel Kris Jenner's Show

I read somewhere that Kris Jenner and her talk show was cancelled and I got all excited. It felt like Christmas. Then I went to look for a picture to put on the blog post and low and behold now they're saying it's not true. I am severely crushed.  I am tired of Kris, Khloe, Kim, KK, Karaoke and all other things that start with the letter K! I just want them all to go away way way (threw in a lil dr seuss for yall). I never watched the show one time. From the moment I read that she was getting a talk show I adamantly decided that I would not be a part of that ish!!!! 

There are far more people deserving of a talk show besides Kris Jenner. She needs to go take a Geritol, act her age and sit on the sofa with her white cardigan sweater and her tissue stuffed up the sleeve.

Basketball Wives Season 5 Episode 1

How are you doing? I hope everyone is fine and blessed this lovely Tuesday.

Did you guys watch Episode 1 of Basketball Wives last night? I watched it later in the recap so I probably missed a whole lively twitter conversation.  I just love how we are able to communicate on twitter while watching TV. 

Anyhoo the show was basically Evelyn Lozada discussing the domestic violence situation between her and Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson. I was never really particularly fond of Evelyn but last's night episode showed a different side to her and I felt it was the most genuine Evelyn. Not that she was fake before but a more humbled Evelyn that didn't seem larger than life. 

I DO NOT believe that she was having a rational conversation with Chad about finding some condoms! Not because of prior behavior like table hopping or bottle throwing. I don't believe ANY newly married woman who has had to fight the media about the public image of her relationship to this man would be having a rational conversation in regards to some condoms.  Why should that be a rational conversation? They had only been married less than a month. I would not have been being rational. I would not have been being straight forward and not cussing his ass out and fighting.  

I mean seriously Evelyn lost one of her closet friends because of this relationship. The media has publicly scrutinized their relationship. Her daughter never approved of it. Then to find some condoms and/or receipts for condoms and we just got married not too long ago. Oh HELL TO THE NO BOBBY!  She's had to endure so much bullshit to prove that their love is real and not a reality show spinoff and to find condoms and/or receipt for condoms. Sorry but I call BULLSHIT on that one. 

Now I could be wrong BUT if she didn't try to whoop his ass SHE SHOULD HAVE! Yes I said it. She should have been trying to skin the black off his ass with her nails and teeth. Aint no way in heaven or hell. BABY BYE. The westside cabrini green projects of Chicago would have been all over his black bald head ass.

It wouldn't have been talking in my scenario. Straight SCRAPPIN'!

I've been in a similar situation. I've also been in an abusive relationship. So I felt her pain and know that it was genuine. I commend her for having the courage to be scrutinized on national TV for it. I would have been like mind yo damn business! (in my best Kevin Hart momma voice.) 

So you tell me What would your reaction have been to finding a condom receipt?

 Would you have been calm in talking to your husband of 3 weeks?
