  So by now I guess everyone has seen the supertrailer for Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. That's all most of my social media time lines are filled with. Oh and the little homemade sex tape that Mimi Faust and Nikko  sold to Vivid Entertainment.  All I can say is WOW!!! Not WOW that you chose to make a video and no judgment from me. Who aint made a sex video with their partner but to decide to sell it for mass distribution when you have a young daughter, A FOUR OR FIVE YEAR OLD DAUGHTER!  AND EVA IS GORGEOUS! That's my biggest WOW and really I'm NOT judging her but how low will TV and media take the black woman for ratings and money?  Do we have to be dragged to the gutter?  Apparently when Diamond told Ebony all money aint good money the meaning missed some folks.  I will not be putting a link up to the video.  I'm sure you will be able to find it on the internet with little or no effort.  I made the mistake of clicking a link on Twitter and almost blew up my damn day job!!! So is this all our children have to look forward to; look up to? Being Mary Jane's and Olivia Pope's? Or being a baby momma to a rapper or athlete.  We are not shown in a positive light on very many shows. When will we see those images for our young black ladies in the media? And I'm by no ways perfect. I watch Love and Hip Hop Atlanta, Being Mary Jane and I am a fucking Gladiator in a double breasted pin striped Donna Karan suit. But I also realize this is all done in the name of entertainment. This shit made up! My children know this shit is all entertainment and that I expect more and better of them and they have to live up to my expectations cuz Homie dont play that bullshit.  Being a stripper, hoe, somebody's sidechick, sideho, drug mule, ride or die, bitch with no education or going no where will not happen on my watch.  But what about the young ladies who don't have anyone to teach them any better? Believe it or not there are some women out there just looking for the next "turn up turn down for what" the next "baby daddy" the "blunt to hit" and think nothing of their young impressionable children especially their daughters.  Being a mother, despite the fact that they laid they asses down and made them children, is the last thing on their mind. Show me a young lady fast in the ass and fucking at 12 and I'll show you her trifling ass mammy who did the same thing. The young men aint no better.  Cuz they see their mother's running through men or being ran through, treated like shit, beat up, and degraded and they think that's the norm and how things are suppose to be. A vicious cycle that has to be stopped!

Let me start off with these women first and Sunday's Episode of RHOA Season 6 Episode 18 - Flirting with Disaster.  I have a very good memory and I don't know what the hell else yall be watching but I am starting to really think Kenya is bat shit crazy.  She sat there with Apollo telling that bald face lie that she never said anything bad about him.  Is it me? Am I the only one hearing that shit? Cuz I recall her talking straight crazy about the man in her confessionals. Then she baited his ass to sit down with her buying rounds of tequila (wasn't it tequila)?  Anyhoo she knew what she was doing and apparently Apollo aint smart enough to know cuz he followed that big ole brown booty right on over there. Dumb Ass! Anyhoo the rest of the show was pretty uneventful in my eyes.

I watched the clip of Nene on Dancing with the Stars and I think everybody is underestimating her. Nene is the type to prove naysayers wrong.  Watch she will be spectacular every episode knowing her moves and having her shit on point!

The Week In Review February 14, 2014

It's been a helluva week. Where will I start. Oh I know, Lil Kim is toting a gut full.  From the pics I've seen she looks happy and great.  She's a short lil thing so I can't really speculate on how far but for the fact that this is her first baby and she's out there I will say about 6-7 months honestly.  A first time pregnancy can be hid for a long time. And according to my girl Toyia over at Gumbumper.com Lil Cease congratulated Kim on the pregnancy. It's a cute pic of the two of them "lil's."  (sidenote Kim was absolutely gorgeous way back with the lil pug nose. But sometimes people can't see themselves.) Anyhoo, Moving on....

ReaL Housewives of Atlanta - Peaches Divided

Did y'all catch that mess last night? Oh Lawd if you didn't you need to go StraightFromTheA and watch. Read her 5 Life Lessons while you at. I couldn't find a life lesson in that mess.  All I saw was grown ass folks acting like high schoolers.  That mess was summthing serrrious! They had Kandi all turned up. I dont really blame her.  They stay trying to front Kandi off and she usually just blow that shit off and keep it moving. Cuz unlike others on the show she has businesses that we can see, heard of, know about, see them expanding.

Now I could be like most and point blame.  Say she started it and he started. She shouldn't have got up. He shouldn't have got up. But in all honestly with everyone in the room being 30+ in age, everyone is to blame. And I will leave that right thur! Take from it what you want.  This was a hot damn mess. I didn't care for the attire in the first place. I wouldn't be in a room with other grown folks in my damn pajamas, night gown, lingerie, diapers, or nothing! Parading around like "yeah baby, he hit it first but you can be next" uhh uhhh. HELL TO THE DAMN NO BOBBY.  That's just nasty and makes me think something else is going on.  ALL SHADE.

Being Mary Jane - Mixed Messages - The #2 Speech

So let me get my disclaimer out the way - I love this show. I love Gabrielle in it.  I watch it faithfully every Tuesday night!!!

With that said. I was doing my usual blog run today and most of the bloggers I follow was discussing Being Mary Jane's no.2 speech.  I understand where she was coming from.  I'm no saint myself and we gone leave it at that. She's in love with this woman's husband and want him for herself. The wife comes in the joint and subliminally blowed it up and Mary Jane needed to do some recon and let the wife know he still licking me whenever I want. So I completely understand. 

BUT WHY BE A NO. 1 OR A NO.2?

 WHO SAID THERE IS HONOR IN BEING THE BOTTOM BITCH?

I'm sorry. I've hit this age and  severe lack of tolerance for bullshit that I don't want to share, especially not my man.  You'd be better off stealing a piece of meat from a pit-bull then fucking with my emotions.  I'm not the 1, the 2, or the 3!

If I can't be the only one then miss me with the bullshit of the number 2 position.  

I don't want to be the one he trusts to take care of his business, wash his clothes, take his shit, the one he supposedly "really loves and cares about." FUCK THAT! Actions speaks volumes and most women these days are taking men for the value of their words and THEIR WORDS DONT MEAN SHIT! 

See it from a wife's point of view. He comes home because that's where he lives. Not because he wants to be there. Not because he enjoys being there. But because his shit is there. Even if he has shit strolled all across town a majority of it is at the place he gets his mail.  He shit, shower, and shave and goes to the other bitch house happy and full of life. Giving this bitch his happy face, his I "like you this is where I want to be" attitude.  Not the bullshit. Not the work.  And although it seems that I am glorifying the No. 2 position I'm not. Because she doesn't get the actual holidays, outings, family events.  She gets the sex and the happy person but not much else and not when she wants BUT when HE wants.

So what honor is there to being the No.2? What honor is there to being the No.1? 

There is a big difference between love and like.  You can love a person but NOT LIKE them  at all! This is not the same as the stages to love, where you like the person first then love them.  I used to love my ex-husband and didn't like him. NOW I don't Love or LIKE him.  I'm indifferent. I don't wish him no harm but I ain't gone cry at his funeral either.  If he ran by me on fire, IF there's a bucket of water handy I might throw it on him but I aint going out my way to find water. 

People are so use to dysfunctional relationships these days that it is becoming the norm. And although that's true it still don't make it right.  KNOW the difference people.

Celebrity - That's a huge "Hell to the NO Bobby" in my best Whitney voice. If I was a celebrity I would not want that child killer's name associated with Me at all.  #wheredeydothatat  This world is going to hell in a hand basket real quick. If you look up the term  Celebrity on Wikipedia it states one of the ways to gain celebrity status is by committing mass murder!!! Aint that some bullshit! SMH

So I started my morning rounds of celebrity blog reading and what is all over the blogs -

"TI and TINY" and the possibility that they have split!!! 

Y'all just dont know how this hurts my lil heart and soul!! I lovedid me some TI and Tiny. I will admit that I did not like Tiny at first but she grew on me after watching the show with Tiny and Toya. Seeing her interact with her mom and dad. I was like she just like the rest of us. She got them same struggles as most women who carry all those titles such as ride or die chick, mother, wife, daughter, sister! 

A lot of people have an issue with her looks but TI did not and I'm pretty sure she can still pull a ninja!

I'm really hoping this is not true and that they just going through the marital motions. Marriage is not easy TRUST ME ON THAT ONE!!!! and I'm sure it's even harder for celebrity couples and those who are on reality TV SHOWS! 

I hope the reality tv relationship curse has not hit this couple!
